\u201c<\/em><\/em>I met Elena Garbuzenko at the closing (Slavic Rebirth) ceremony workshop where we, with other wonderful and magical women, learned to master this ancient ritual that was aimed initially as a precious gift of support and consolation from one woman to another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elena seemed to me a really deep, courageous, wise, and at the same time kind of childly pristine and playful woman. I felt her as somebody close whose threads of life might be crossed with mine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then I observed her way through Facebook posts and noticed that she went to the practices called Hara Healing. I didn’t know what this exactly meant but\u2026 Maybe you sometimes encounter this feeling when you just hear a name of something – practice, course, approach, name it – and in the next moment something inside you responds back with a phrase \u201coh, maybe I need that\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That was what I felt when I was reading Elena posts and viewing her beautiful photos, pictures full of beauty, love and warmth that in some very special way formed my precious peer\u2019s optics through which she created and healed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course I agreed when Elene offered me to try these Hara Healing practices on individual sessions. These techniques appeared to be very delicate, careful, and although deeply transformational. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The concept of healing and alignment of the main energetical centers of a woman\u2019s body, loving attention to the parts that used to be considered as objects of shame which don\u2019t worth mentioning, and devotion of Elena to this beautiful approach created a very special effect on my emotional state and self-awareness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destructive and harmful patterns were dissolving and I saw the signs of these beautiful changes in my daily life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elena conducted a special practice of Slavic Rebirth ceremony for me, which lasted a whole 10 hours. She dedicated all that time to me, fully immersing herself in the process.
