“I met Elena Garbuzenko at the closing (Slavic Rebirth) ceremony workshop where we, with other wonderful and magical women, learned to master this ancient ritual that was aimed initially as a precious gift of support and consolation from one woman to another. 

Elena seemed to me a really deep, courageous, wise, and at the same time kind of childly pristine and playful woman. I felt her as somebody close whose threads of life might be crossed with mine. 

Then I observed her way through Facebook posts and noticed that she went to the practices called Hara Healing. I didn’t know what this exactly meant but… Maybe you sometimes encounter this feeling when you just hear a name of something – practice, course, approach, name it – and in the next moment something inside you responds back with a phrase “oh, maybe I need that”.

The concept of healing and alignment of the main energetical centers of a woman’s body, loving attention to the parts that used to be considered as objects of shame which don’t worth mentioning, and devotion of Elena to this beautiful approach created a very special effect on my emotional state and self-awareness. 

Destructive and harmful patterns were dissolving and I saw the signs of these beautiful changes in my daily life.
